In collaboration with the Friedrich Naumann Foundation (FNF), the Inspire Her program empowers women in Myanmar who have taken a career break—due to caregiving, health, relocation, or life transitions—to re-enter the workforce with confidenceandpurpose.

The program equips participants with digital skills, personal branding tools, and entrepreneurial knowledge, while also promoting leadership and communication abilities essential intoday’s work environments.

By fostering collaboration through local women’s networks and mentorship, Inspire Her encourages the development of small businesses and digital careers, especially inlight of shiftingjobmarkets.
