Women Transforming Myanmar နှင့် The Friedrich-Naumann-Foundation For Freedom (FNF) တို့ပူးပေါင်းပြီး လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ကနေ အကြောင်းအမျိုးမျိုးကြောင့် နားလိုက်ရတဲ့ အမျိုးသမီးများ လုပ်ငန်းခွင်ထဲကို ပြန်လည်ဝင်ရောက်နိုင်စေရန် (သို့) ကိုယ်ပိုင်စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများအစပြုနိုင်စေရန် Inspire Her: Women Returning to Work Innovation Program ကို စီစဉ်ထားပါသည်။
Career ကနေ ရပ်နားထားပြီး လုပ်ငန်းထဲကို ပြန်ပြီးဝင်ရောက်ချင်သူများအတွက် Digital Skill နှင့် Tools များနှင့် ပတ်သတ်ပြီး Training ပေးခြင်း။
လုပ်ငန်းခွင်မှာလိုအပ်တဲ့ ဆက်သွယ်မှုဆိုင်ရာနှင့် ခေါင်းဆောင်မှု ဆိုင်ရာစွမ်းရည်များ မြင့်တင်ပေးနိုင်ခြင်း။
အမျိုးသမီးများရဲ့ Network များနဲ့ ချိတ်ဆက်နိုင်ခြင်း စတာတွေကို ရရှိစေရန် ရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။
Career မှ အကြောင်းအမျိုးမျိုးကြောင့် ရပ်နားထားသော အမျိုးသမီးများအနေဖြင့် Program မှာ ပါဝင်လျှောက်ထားလို့ရပါသည်။
လူတွေ့သင်တန်းကို ဂျွန်လမှာ စတင်မည်ဖြစ်သောကြောင့် လျှောက်လွှာကို မေလ (၂၀) ရက်နေ့ အထိပါဝင်လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။
ပရိုဂရမ်မှာ ပါဝင်ခွင့်ရသွားတဲ့ သူတွေကို မေလ ၂၁ ရက်နေ့မှာ ရွေးချယ်ပြီးတော့ အကြောင်းပြန်ပေးသွားပါမည်။

Inspire Her: Women Returning to Work Innovation Program
Women Transforming Myanmar, in collaboration with the Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung for Freedom (FNF), is launching the Inspire Her: Women Returning to Work Innovation Program to support women who have taken a career break for various reasons and are ready to return to the workforce or start their own businesses.
This program offers:
Training on digital skills and tools essential for the modern workplace
Development of communication and leadership skills required in professional environments
Opportunities to connect and network with other women on a similar journey
Eligibility criteria:
Women who have taken a break from their careers for personal or other reasons.
Program details:
The in-person training will begin in June
Application deadline: May 20
Selected applicants will be notified on May 21
